Drowning in shadow, world seemed duller; Yet I put a dress with smile and happy colour!

The year started with bright colours and freedom from lockdown and dull shades. It was the sudden play of many colours to eyes. Colours of 2021; are to give people a ray of hope, optimism and refresh their souls. As Pantone and Shutterstock, released their colour forecast at the end of 2021; many initiated with shades predicted. Pantone came up with illuminating bright yellow hue and ultimate grey, a combination stating unity, stability and hope. Pantone’s executive director, Leatrice Eiseman stated it to be aspirational and also painted an imaginary picture saying – “When the grey clouds disperse, we see the sunshine.” Yellow stands for faith and optimism, whereas grey suggests dependability, as a community; taking notes from 2020.
